Located downstairs, Down Studio has 58 seats with raked and modular seating. This proscenium style blackbox is perfect for intimate pieces and has access to 2 backstage bathrooms and 1 dressing room. Located right next to our in-house bar, this space could also serve as a small event space or even a movie showing.
